Best theater I have ever been to. Great service and food. LOVED it!
iPic is a great theater and one of the first to innovate the more intimate small seating structure. They have a full service restaurant and full bar service brought to you, if you sit in premium seating. Their food is genuine restaurant quality and quite tasty - not upscale overcooked hot dogs available at the traditional movie theaters. The desserts are delicious and you could be very happy eating an appetizer or two and dessert. They show current movies and do a great job. Parking is convenient.
Extremely disappointed. Not worth the premium pricing. Had such high expectations that were quickly dashed. The bathrooms stank like they were located in a bar and had not been cleaned in some time. Why pay for "unlimited" popcorn and soda and service by wait staff, when all you get is a server who disappeared throughout the entire movie. Worse still, when she appeared she had an attitude and refused to bring us the requested drinks and popcorn. Worse even yet, the one small bag of popcorn she brought was so salty and stale. The poor service and crappy popcorn certainly diminished our experience, which was saved only by how good the movie was. I would avoid the high prices and go to any other "premium" theater, because iPic is not it.
Love ipics. Good service. Good food. Blankets in premium plus. Recliners. Best way to watch a movie. Just saw despicable me 3 with the kids. Our waitress was great
We have found our new theater to call home. We have never had such pampering or such amazing service. The popcorn had real butter! The blanket smelled like lavender. We were welcomed from the minute we stepped inside to the minute we left. We certainly will be back and have dinner too!
